Another one coming from Sandhya’s Kitchen- yummy Puas.
Pua: For those who don’t know, they are sweet, fluffy dumplings that melt in your mouth.
What you need?
Maida (all purpose flour)-1/2 kg
Sugar -as per taste
Cardamom powder
Edible oil for frying
Milk- One and a half cup.
Now that you have all the ingredients together follow these two simple steps:
1)Whisk the maida and milk together to form a smooth batter. Make sure there are no lumps. Add the cardamom powder and whisk again.
2)Now heat the oil if a wok (deep dish) to deep fry this. Over medium heat drop ladle full batter. Cook till golden brown on both sides, drain on a kitchen towel for excess oil.
I like serving them with ice cream.
